Green Palm Resort, Kovalam

I enjoyed my stay at Royal Kovallam Beach Resort, located on a hill with lovely views. The staff was really accommodating and went out of their way to make my experience special. However, the property is still under development and lacks some amenities, and the steep climb might not be suitable for everyone. Overall, I found it to be a peaceful place to unwind.

I had a lovely experience at this resort. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile. However, the location was a bit out of the way from the main road, and there weren’t any dining options nearby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

Royal Kovallam Beach Resort offers a unique charm with its clean, decently furnished rooms and stunning views from the older property. While the staff were incredibly courteous and the food was some of the best local cuisine I've had, the lack of a lift in the older building can be a challenge. The rooftop pool and restaurant have potential, but both are currently limited in their offerings. Overall, it’s a quiet place for relaxation, though it's not as vibrant as Goa.

The hotel had a spooky vibe from the outside and the interiors felt a bit rundown. While the rooms were basic and acceptable, the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was disappointing. The breakfast was limited to local food and toast, but the setting had potential. Overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
